Vacancy Description
We are looking for a proactive and hands‑on Head of Kitchen Operations to oversee the daily operations of our Central Kitchen. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient food production, inventory accuracy, staff management, food safety compliance, and continuous operational improvement. The ideal candidate is a strong problem‑solver who takes ownership, works independently, and focuses on delivering operational excellence with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the daily operations of the Central Kitchen .
Plan, coordinate, and monitor food production schedules to meet outlet demand.
Ensure product quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
