Head of Joint Ventures & Partnerships APAC

The role is responsible for coordinating and developing Asia Joint Ventures (JVs) and strategic partnerships to drive business growth, optimize revenue, and strengthen commercial collaboration across the C+ (China), J+ (Japan), and S+ (Southeast Asia) markets. The position supports the continuous enhancement of existing and new partnerships in alignment with the Global Market strategy.

• Develop and implement the Asia JV & Partnership strategy aligned with the Global Market strategy.
• Coordinate commercial management and JV/Partnership activities across Asian markets.
• Drive process harmonization, integration, and commercial synergies between Lufthansa Group and Asian JV partners.
• Represent Global Market interests in cross‑functional committees, boards, and decision‑making forums.
