• Design Leadership & Strategy: Define the seasonal and annual design roadmap for the brand. Conceptualize, sketch, and oversee the development of innovative jewelry lines that align with the brand's aesthetic and market positioning.

• Team Management: Mentor, inspire, and manage a high-performing team of jewelry designers.

• Foster a culture of continuous learning, creativity, and precision.

• Trend Forecasting & Consumer Insights: Stay ahead of market trends, consumer behavior, global design shifts, and tech advancements in jewelry manufacturing to keep the product catalog fresh and relevant.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Merchandising, Product Development, Marketing, and Sourcing teams to ensure that designs are not only beautiful but also production-friendly, cost-effective, and commercially successful.
