• Manage and optimise IT service delivery by owning the MSP relationship, overseeing service levels, KPIs, incident management, vendor performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.


• Lead and develop the IT function through team management, coaching, performance improvement, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.


• Drive IT strategy and governance by supporting the technology roadmap, managing budgets, software licensing, assets, supplier contracts, and IT risk management.
