About the Job

To manage and oversee treasury application services and deliveries, including project delivery, system maintenance and support.

• Serve as a liaison between Business and Project Stakeholders - Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, Project Manager, etc., to lead and drive requirement study, analysis and provide functional / technical specification.
• Provide advisory for functional / technical design & architecture review, development and testing.
• Liaise with vendors and 3rd parties (if any).
• Manage the overall department's IT budget and planning.
