Overview

Lead Shariah governance, compliance, and supervisory functions within a Takaful insurance environment, ensuring all operations, products, and practices align with Islamic finance principles and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure full Shariah compliance across all products, services, and operational processes.
• Lead the development and implementation of internal Shariah control frameworks.
• Liaise with the Internal Shariah Supervisory Committee and implement approved resolutions.
• Communicate Shariah guidelines across internal departments and ensure proper execution.
• Oversee Shariah audit and control functions across business units.
