Key Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Internal Audit function, including developing audit methodologies, policies, frameworks, and annual risk-based audit plans.
• Develop and execute risk-based internal audit programs covering financial, operational, compliance, and technology audits.
• Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, governance processes, and risk management frameworks.
• Identify key business, operational, financial, and emerging risks across the organization and incorporate them into audit planning.
