Hiring: Head of technology – Robotics & Autonomous Systems
Experience: 10+ Years (including 5+ years in senior technology leadership roles)
We are looking for an experienced Head of technology to drive technology strategy, product innovation, and engineering excellence for advanced robotics and autonomous systems.
- Proven experience delivering integrated hardware and software robotic systems into real-world operations
- Strong expertise in ROS/ROS2, SLAM, Perception, Planning & Control, LiDAR, Radar, Computer Vision, and AI/ML deployment
- Hands- on experience with real-time embedded systems and autonomous platforms
- Exposure to aviation or autonomous system regulatory environments is highly preferred
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project delivery experience
- Experience in digital transformation, automation, and industrial digitalization initiatives
