Head of Industrialisation

This position requires full-time presence at our Centurion, South Africa office.

We are seeking a Head of Industrialisation to lead the transformation of innovative product designs into scalable, cost‑effective, and production‑ready solutions. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring that all products transition seamlessly from development into manufacturing – on time, at quality, and at the right cost – while supporting both local and global operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the industrialisation strategy, ensuring efficient and scalable product transfer into production.
• Own and optimise the end‑to‑end industrialisation process, from design through qualification and release.
• Ensure all products are manufacturable, testable, and repeatable at the required quality standards.
