Head of Industrial Transformation & Multi-Site Ops

Traka (Assa Abloy) is seeking a Head of Industrial Operations in Águeda to drive industrial transformation across four sites, oversee integration of a new facility, and progressively manage operational teams. The role demands an autonomous leader with hands-on Lean expertise and strong cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Production, Quality, and HSE.

Fluency in Portuguese and English, a senior-level engineering degree, and 10+ years of manufacturing leadership are required.
