As part of its continued growth, the company is seeking to appoint a Head of Human Resources to lead the people function, strengthen organizational capability, and support the achievement of its long-term business objectives through effective talent management and workforce planning.

The Role

The Head of Human Resources will provide strategic leadership across all HR disciplines, including talent acquisition, organizational development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, learning and development, performance management, and HR operations. Working closely with executive leadership, the role will ensure that people strategies are aligned with business priorities while fostering a high-performance culture.
