Head of Human Pharma Strategy (Buenos Aires)

The position: Responsible for incorporating the general Human Pharma Strategy and ensuring effective adaptation and localization of the Strategy in line with decisions taken by the Human Pharma Management committee at the respective Strategic workshops held Bi-Annually.

Tasks and responsabilities:

• Responsible for ensuring good communication and execution of the strategy within the respective ROPU SA Human Pharma teams.
• Responsible for arranging the Bi-Annual Strategic workshops in order to facilitate open discussion on the Strategy with the view to update the strategic direction, in consultation with the HPMC of Human Pharma strategy in South America and overseeing implementation of the Strategic house as agreed upon.
