Head of HR Recruitment & Services (Emiratization)

SupportFinity™ is looking for a Chief Executive to oversee HR Recruitment and Services in Dubai. This role involves managing the recruitment process, implementing Emiratization plans, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services. The ideal candidate should possess at least ten years of HR experience, with eight years specifically in recruitment.

The successful applicant will draft HR policies, manage payroll, and supervise junior team members while ensuring compliance with local laws and confidentiality agreements.
