Head of Healthcare Operations

AlediumHR has been retained by an innovative, rapidly growing private investment firm and healthcare accelerator currently operating four clinic locations across California to identify its new Healthcare Operations Executive. This is a new role reporting directly to the owners. Could grow into COO. 

Preferred: West Coast or Midwest-based candidates are preferred for travel convenience, although exceptional candidates from anywhere in the United States will be considered.

Travel: Up to 75%

Reporting directly to the ownership team, the operations executive will serve as the senior operational leader responsible for building the infrastructure, systems, accountability, and operational excellence necessary to scale the organization.
