Head of Growth

What We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced Head of Growth with 6-8 years of experience in SaaS to own and drive Zaapi's entire marketing engine. This is a hands-on leadership role - you will be in the weeds optimizing campaigns, reviewing content performance, and steering strategy, not just delegating.

The role spans four pillars: team management, team building and growth strategy (30%) hands-on performance marketing and funnel optimisation (~30%), product and content marketing (~30%), and other growth initiatives (e.g. testing new growth channels) (10%). You will manage a small team today with the mandate to build it out and lead it as we scale.

This position reports directly to the COO with a direct line to the CEO. We are looking for someone who combines analytical rigor with creative instincts - someone equally comfortable in Google Ads Manager and in a brainstorm about brand messaging.
