Responsibilities
- Own the growth strategy P&L, including budget allocation and accountability for CAC, payback, and LTV/CAC
- Lead paid acquisition performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, and OTT channels
- Build and manage a creative engine for generating and testing channel-level creative and UGC
- Develop and execute an experimentation roadmap across channels, creative, and landing pages
- Partner with product and lifecycle teams to optimize funnel conversion and onboarding economics
- Oversee measurement and attribution, utilizing MMM and incrementality testing to report performance to leadership
- Manage resourcing by identifying the right mix of in-house talent, contractors, and external agencies
