Head of Growth & Customer Acquisition

Holiday Club Resorts Oy is seeking a Head of Customer Acquisition to guide our growth across Nordic travel destinations. You will ensure the sales teams have quality customer interactions and a clear direction toward results, while staying closely connected to daily operations, teams and locations.

You will plan and execute campaigns, lead the outbound team, manage budgets and events, monitor metrics, and work with hotel management and marketing to ensure a consistent customer journey.
