Head of Ground Training - (Ctki)

OSM Aviation Academy is now looking for a passionate and experienced leader with background from civil and/or military Aviation to take on the role as:
As a ATO nominated person at OSM Aviation Academy in Europe, you will report to Head of Training and will lead all Ground School Activities on our Integrated ATPL and Airline Solutions courses.
We are looking for a dynamic person that can lead all ground school activities, lead the team of instructors as well as develop training concepts in-line with industry developments and perform required manual revisions and CAA relations.
**Qualifications and experience**
- Extensive experience from civil and/or military aviation preferably in the role as ground and/or flight instructor.
- Former administrative duties and experience are preferable.
- Extensive operational experience from the civil and/or military aviation sector is preferable.
