Key Accountabilities Ensure stable, efficient and high-quality execution of end-to-end integral category management activities for logistics including all modes of shipments & warehouses across all OS&S;
operations within the service scope across regions. Translate process requirements, SLAs and KPIs into clear operational targets and team objectives for the logistics category team. Manage capacity, workload allocation and prioritization across the Global Logistics Category team. Oversee global logistics category service performance and manage escalations related to category strategy failures, sourcing delays, supplier disputes, contractual deviations or governance breaches. Ensure consistent implementation of global logistics category strategies.
