Role Summary

ClearGrid is redefining how debt resolution works across banking, fintech and BNPL ecosystems. We are looking for a senior leader to own our end‑to‑end collections & recoveries strategy; covering banking portfolios, non‑banking portfolios and fintech partners.

The Head of Collections will build a world‑class function, modernize traditional collections, and integrate AI‑driven and data‑driven methodologies into daily operations.
