Head of Finance

We are looking for a Head of Finance for a scale up finctech firm. Reporting directly to the CEO and founder your main responsibilities will be:

• Strategic Business Partnership: Actively participate in defining and executing the corporate strategy alongside the founders, turning financial insights into strategic growth levers.
• FP&A & Agile Forecasting: Lead all financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Build and stress-test agile models to aggressively optimize our cash runway, track burn rate, and simulate market expansion scenarios.
• Financial Governance & Reporting: Oversee all finance, accounting, management control, and tax functions. Ensure the absolute accuracy and compliance of our annual financial statements in accordance with international accounting standards.
