Head of Finance & Growth FP&A (IT Services)

CREW by HRNET is seeking a Head of Finance for a data center and telecom services business in Sentul, Malaysia. You will be the strategic co-pilot to the CEO and Board, owning the financial roadmap, project profitability, and FP&A capabilities to support the next phase of growth.

Responsibilities include driver-based 3-statement models, pricing strategy, rolled forecasts, and board-ready packs with EBITDA bridges; also governance, MFRS 15 compliance, and cash/work capital optimization.
