Head of Finance & Corporate Services

Our client is a Malaysia-based, membership-driven organisation operating within the financial services ecosystem. It works closely with board directors and senior industry stakeholders, focusing on advancing governance standards, strengthening board effectiveness, and fostering collaboration at the leadership level.

We are partnering with the organisation to appoint a Head of Corporate Services , a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing finance, corporate governance, and operational support functions.

This is a broad, hands-on position in a lean environment, with a strong emphasis on financial leadership, alongside responsibility for corporate administration, stakeholder management, and selected HR processes. The role will work closely with senior leadership and engage regularly with Board members.
