Head of Finance and Accounting

The Head of Finance and Accounting is responsible for Financial Reporting and Accounting, Treasury and Liquidity Management, Financial Planning and Performance, Regulatory Compliance, and Corporate Transactions.

This role is a Head-level position, forms part of the leadership team, and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Finance and Accounting

• Lead and support the Finance and Accounting team.
• Ensure management accounts, annual financial statements, and other financial reports are accurate and completed on time.
• Review significant transactions and advise on the accounting treatment of new products and business arrangements.
• Oversee provisioning, tax reporting, billing, accounts receivable, and related accounting activities.
• Coordinate external audits and support the resolution of audit findings.
