Reporting to the Head of Workplace UK & Africa, this role is part of the in-country Workplace senior management team. The primary aim of this role is to monitor and manage the efficiency, effectiveness, compliance and general performance standards of FM related services across WSP’s UK real estate portfolio.

+ To monitor and manage the delivery of FM related services through an agreed outsourced FM model.
