Head of Estimating (Buildings)

Applicants must have the following requirements:

Must have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.

Must have 15 years of senior building estimating experience.

Must have extensive knowledge of JBCC, NEC and FIDIC contracts.

Must have advanced CCS Candy experience.

Must have BuildSmart experience.

Must have advanced Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project programming experience.

Must have extensive experience preparing tender programmes and construction methodologies.

Must have strong commercial, contractual and leadership capability.
