Role Overview:

The Head of Enterprise Services Delivery owns the speed, quality, and cost-efficiency of enterprise software delivery, from strategy (build vs. buy vs. low code) to execution. This hands-on role provides technical direction across in-house and outsourced delivery teams, driving modern software practices, automation, and business value realization.



Key Responsibilities

· Define and execute the delivery lifecycle strategy, evaluating when to build, buy, transform, or retire systems.

· Drive agile ways of working and accelerate digital product delivery aligned to business roadmaps.
