We are looking for a Head of Engineering for one of our growing products.
Responsibilities
Lead the backend and frontend engineering team (10 people) – 60% leadership, 40% hands‑on tasks
Apply microservice and service‑oriented architecture principles in practice
Own code quality, code reviews, and technical design
Ensure the stability and reliability of the department's infrastructure
Define and execute the technology strategy to align with business goals
Develop and improve intelligent routing, including RL / Q‑learning approaches
Build xhfqzwm resilient services using patterns such as idempotency, saga, outbox/inbox, and retries
Ensure application‑level reliability: performance, correctness, and resilience
