The role
We are seeking a rockstar

Head of Engineering – Java, Spring Boot, AWS Architect

to join our core team and take ownership of the technology behind our B2C platform, used by 100,000s of customers monthly. Your primary focus will be to build a scalable, robust, and secure backend system that powers our platform. You will oversee architecture design, lead a distributed engineering team, and directly contribute critical parts of the codebase.

As our engineering lead, you will translate our business strategies into product and technical requirements, in close collaboration with the Product Manager and the wider business team, including the CEO.
