Head of Engineering – Forma Design Tools
We’re looking for a Head of Engineering to lead engineering in the Forma Design Tools Product Area. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will own engineering operations and team effectiveness across squads that build the connected, outcome‑driven foundations powering every Forma product.
In this player‑coach role, you’ll partner with Product, Design, and the Software Architect to turn strategy into shipped outcomes, without losing alignment or quality as we scale.
