Head of Engineering, AI Security (Zürich)

As Head of Engineering, you will lead and scale engineering for our Red Teaming and Agentic Security products (including AI Guardrails), reporting to the VP R&D. You’ll set technical direction for the team, run delivery, and grow the engineering organization, while working closely with the VP R&D and product leadership on overall strategy and roadmap.
