Role Overview
Join us as our Head of Energy EMEA to continue and grow your career at the forefront of Energy insurance. The Head of Energy – EMEA will perform all functions of an EMEA and Cluster PCM: handling budgets, P&L, cross‑sell and will be a member of both the EMEA leadership team and the GCCNA leadership team.
You will be in charge of an existing team of 3 underwriters based in Dubai and will have accountability for business planning and the execution of strategic initiatives across Europe, including building out the Energy underwriting functions in Germany and Spain.
Additionally, you will be responsible for oversight of underwriting staff portfolio management, building and enhancing broker and insured relationships, training and developing current underwriting teams, hiring additional staff, maintaining profitability, and developing/executing a successful business plan.
