About the role

The Head of Employability role provides leadership for the design, coordination and delivery of careers and employability initiatives, working in close partnership with Colleges, Schools and key portfolios.

Working with stakeholders across RMIT, you will be responsible for developing and operationalising the University’s employability strategy with coherent, sustainable and measurable initiatives, supporting strong alignment between curriculum-embedded career development, industry-partnered learning, co-curricular programs, employer partnerships and student-facing services.
