The Role
The Head of E-Commerce & Omnichannel will own the digital revenue stream across all online channels. This role will oversee platform performance, customer acquisition, conversion optimisation, and digital merchandising. A key mandate will be integrating online and offline experiences to create a seamless omnichannel journey. The role will manage cross‑functional teams across marketing, technology, and operations. This position will also lead partnerships with marketplaces, payment providers, and logistics partners.
