Head of Counselling & Student Wellbeing

KingsWay on the Hibiscus Coast of Auckland is inviting applications for Head of Counselling on our Senior Campus. This permanent, full‑time role during school term time supports a Christian community of learning and nurtures students toward their full potential as servant leaders in God’s kingdom.

You will lead a small team of counsellors, supervise and develop services, and collaborate with staff, families, and external agencies to promote wellbeing for Year 1–13 students.
