Head of Compliance & MLRO - Derivatives Licensing Lead

Proofofsearch in Dubai seeks a Head of Compliance & MLRO to lead the live Spot business and drive the derivatives licensing application. The role combines hands-on regulatory leadership with greenfield licensing work to position the firm for crypto and stock perpetual futures in regulated markets.

You will build policy, oversee AML/KYC, manage a team, and coordinate end-to-end regulator submissions, audits and reporting in a fast-moving, global trading environment.
