Head of Collections Admin & AKPK/R&R

OCBC Malaysia is seeking an experienced leader to manage the Administrative Team within the Collections division, overseeing billing, refunds, and back-end processes, while ensuring timely and accurate file handling.

You will coordinate AKPK and R&R bookings, monitor GL reconciliations, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive process improvements with AI-enabled tools. Strong people leadership and stakeholder management are essential.
