**The Role
Client Portfolio Management:
- Cultivate robust relationships with clients to thoroughly understand their insurance needs and ensure these requirements are met effectively.
- Continuously monitor and adapt to changes in client circumstances to ensure insurance coverage remains aligned with their evolving needs.
- Collaborate with other divisions within WTW to address cross-specialty client needs, maintaining a cohesive and consistent approach.
- Gain a deep understanding of clients’ businesses and their risk management requirements, delivering solutions through ongoing service and support.
- Identify and engage with primary budget holders and decision-makers within client organizations to build and sustain strong relationships.
