Abu Dhabi is home to some of the largest pools of institutional capital in the world, and the region’s sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and HNWI allocators are actively looking for what Mintlayer represents. The Head of Capital Strategy turns that alignment into committed capital.

The convergence of institutional finance and on‑chain infrastructure is early but accelerating. The people who build the capital relationships now — before the category is crowded — will define how the industry’s most important capital flows. You will be one of them.

What You Will Own

• Lead execution of the Pre‑Series A close: data room management, investor outreach, due diligence coordination, and term sheet negotiation
• Build and manage the institutional LP pipeline for all Interest.One fund vehicles
