Head of Capital Markets & Debt Financing

Clara is seeking a Head of Capital Markets to lead end-to-end structuring of new credit facilities and oversee debt partnerships with major lenders and funds. You will interface with investors, support capital strategy, and guide cross-functional teams including data, engineering, and treasury. Remote-ready with a strong preference for Mexico City, São Paulo, or New York.
