We are looking for a sharp, execution-focused Business Operations leader to be the operational backbone of Meolaa. This role sits at the center of the business — connecting strategy to execution, identifying inefficiencies before they become problems, and ensuring every function runs with rigour and pace. What You'll Own
Business Operations & Process
Own end-to-end operational efficiency across the business — from order to delivery to resolution
Design, implement, and continuously improve SOPs across functions as the company scales
Identify operational bottlenecks proactively and drive fixes before they impact the business
Build scalable systems and processes that don't break as the company grows from one brand to many
Cross-functional Coordination
Act as the connective tissue between brand, supply chain, growth, finance, and tech teams
