We are looking for a Head of Business Development to lead and scale our Business Development function in South Africa. In this role, you will drive the performance of our outbound organization, coach and develop team leads and individual contributors, and ensure operational excellence across the team. Working closely with the Global Head of Business Development, you will translate global strategy into local execution while building a high‑performing, data‑driven sales culture in our Cape Town office.
