Head of Board Services

As Head of Board Services, you will own the development and growth of Birn+Partners’ board services business in Finland. You will build on the existing Nordic Board Education programmes and expand the board services portfolio to include Board Search, Board Advisory, Nordic Board Education, Board Readiness, and Board Room+. The role sits at the heart of what we do, where executive search, consulting, and board advisory come together.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop our Board Services business: Board Search, Board Advisory, Nordic Board Education, Board Readiness, and Board Room+.
• Work closely with the executive search and consulting teams.
• Develop and grow the Nordic Board Education concept in Finland and within the wider Nordic collaboration.
• Build and maintain networks among board professionals, owners, and senior leadership.
