What you will do Define and implement the automation strategy for the Tunisia plant in alignment with global standards and business objectives Drive the automation roadmap across production, logistics, and supporting processes (Industry 4.0, IoT, data integration) Identify, prioritize, and implement automation and digitalization opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency Lead automation projects from concept to implementation, including business case definition and ROI tracking Establish and further develop automation infrastructure (e.g. machine connectivity, data collection, MES integration) to ensure transparency and reliable KPIs Ensure stable and efficient operation of automated systems, including integration with maintenance and production Build, lead, and develop the local automation / industrial engineering / digitalization team Act as the technical authority for automation topics on site and drive capability building within the organization Collaborate...
