Head of Assistance Operations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Assistance Operations to join our team in Madrid. The Head of Assistance Operations will be the most senior leader and representative of our operations in the country while ensuring that compliance site-specific requirements are met and local Int.SOS employees voices are heard within the organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with 10-15 yrs experience in a senior leadership role in Assistance Operations, with previous experience working with budgets in complex matrix environments and highly skilled at developing relationships and securing that company’s values and guidelines are represented and followed.
