Head of agency operations

This role is for an email marketer stepping into agency leadership or already in a leadership role with previous hands on experience. If you haven't done the work hands-on, this isn't the role for you.
Syncopated Marketing is a growing email and SMS marketing agency. We work with D2 C ecommerce brands across the US, Canada, and Europe, primarily on Klaviyo and Omnisend.
We currently manage retention for 20+ brands across a wide spread of categories: supplements, peptides, healthcare, perfumes, balms, clothing, art, and outdoor gear. Several of our clients do over USD 1 M in annual revenue.
We're a 12-person in-office team in Bhopal today, with a clear plan to grow over the next 12 months. We're looking for a senior operator to take ownership of the delivery engine, build the systems that let us scale cleanly, and lead the team that powers it.
