Head of Accounting, Tax and Compliance

**WHAT IS THE ROLE?**

The Head of Accounting, Tax and Compliance is responsible for leading the organization’s accounting, tax, and financial control environment. The role ensures accurate financial reporting, timely tax compliance, effective SOX controls, and strong governance across all finance processes. The position serves as a key advisor to the CFO on accounting policy, compliance risk, audit matters, and internal control effectiveness.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**

**Accounting**

+ Lead the accounting function, including general ledger management, month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, accruals, provisions, fixed assets, and financial statement preparation.
+ Ensure timely and accurate preparation of management accounts, statutory accounts, and supporting schedules.
