Accounting + Finance Operations

• Overall responsibility for day‑to‑day finance and accounting operations across multiple properties
• Ensuring accurate, complete, and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Driving the continuous reduction of financial close cycles through a fast-close approach
• Standardizing and ensuring the quality of financial reporting in accordance with USALI and relevant local accounting standards
• Leading internal and external audits and serving as the primary point of contact for auditors, tax authorities, and external partners
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, including VAT/sales tax filings, payroll taxes, and other hospitality‑specific obligations
