Job Description

The HeadNurse (HN) is responsible for the planning (workforce & ma material), organization, implementation and evaluation of nursing care activities as per IHHN's policies. Head Nurse assists Manager/Deputy Manager in managing assigned areas, best possible patients' care & clinical operation within the context of professional nursing practices including infection control & patient safety as an approach to continual quality Improvement. Take active lead in PHC audits/High profile round preparation and accompany as required.
