Head Mechanic (Cavite)

The Head Mechanic is responsible for overseeing the repair, maintenance, and overall performance of the company’s vehicles. Working closely with the Motorpool Manager, this role ensures that all vehicles are in top condition, repairs are done efficiently, and maintenance schedules are properly followed.

The Head Mechanic must be knowledgeable in handling various types of vehicles — from light cars to heavy equipment — and capable of coordinating with on-call service providers for major repairs. This role requires flexibility to work betweenCavite and Kamuning, withprimary assignment in Cavitedepending on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and perform repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting for all company vehicles.
• Work hand-in-hand with the Motorpool Manager to plan maintenance schedules, allocate work, and monitor vehicle conditions.
• Conduct diagnostic checks and resolve mechanical or electrical issues promptly.
